By leaving a gift in your will you can ensure that future generations can enjoy The Lowry as much as you have.
It’s easy to make a bequest to The Lowry Trust with a simple addition or codicil to an existing will. If you are a UK resident, your legacy to The Lowry Trust will be entirely free of tax and may reduce your inheritance tax bill.
After providing for your friends or family you may choose to leave a donation to The Lowry Trust in one of the following ways:
• Residuary gift - the remainder of your estate, or a percentage of the amount left after gifts, taxes, etc. have been settled
• Pecuniary gift - this is an amount of money decided when the will is written
• Specific Gift – stocks and shares, property, instruments or perhaps jewellery
• Gift of Art work
We commemorate all Legators (unless requested otherwise) with a seat plaque in the Lyric Theatre.
If you intend to leave a gift in your Will to The Lowry Trust, you can complete our pledge form thereby helping us to plan much more effectively.
