Casual Theatre Technicians -  £6.49 per hour (includes holiday pay) TMA get out payment for qualifying work plus staff benefits.

We require skilled and experienced casual & freelance technical theatre staff to work within the technical department on get in, fit-up, get out and shows. Various hours are available that fit within the theatre program of shows dependant upon staffing levels as required by the visiting productions.
The work will include working at height, manual handling of large and heavy items and irregular hours applicants must be experienced in one of the following areas of technical theatre:
1) Stage work
2) Counter weight flying
3) Theatre lighting & or Strand 500 series operation
4) Theatre sound & or engineering
5) Audio Visual or conference presentation

Casual Theatre Wardrobe & Dressing Staff

We require skilled and experienced casual/freelance wardrobe & dressing staff. Hours are irregular & are normally available during the residency of the larger Opera & Ballet companies visiting The Lowry such as Opera North & BRB.
