Civil Ceremonies
The Lowry is a licensed venue for Civil Ceremonies, offering the choice of the Compass and Hexagon Rooms.
The Compass Rom is licensed to seat up to 200 guests, with the Hexagon Room accommodating 100 guests.
Please note, The Registrars and Notice(s) of Marriage fees for the attendance of the Registrars and the Notice(s) of Marriage will be advised by the Registrar Office at the time of booking.
Wedding Breakfast
The Compass Room will seat a maximum of 200 guests dining on round tables. The Hexagon Room will accommodate a maximum of 60.
Evening Receptions
Whether you require a formal or informal evening reception, The Lowry will accommodate your wishes. The Compass Room can accommodate up to 180 guests for a formal reception and 200 for an informal evening. The Hexagon Room can hold 60 people for a formal and 80 for an informal reception.
Ceremony / Reception Rooms
The Compass Room
The Compass Room is a circular space with spectacular floor to ceiling panoramic views of the waterways. It has its own external balcony looking out across to the Imperial War Museum North and Old Trafford.
The Hexagon Room
Complete with its own private bridged walkway, the Hexagon Room is an intimate room that is always a popular choice for ceremonies and smaller wedding celebrations.
