Note 1: The Lyric, Quays and Conference Theatres are all fixed and tiered seating.

Note 2: The Compass Room is a circular shaped room with a diamter of 9 x metres and the East 2 room is an irregular shape.

Note 3: The exhibition space includes all space within the ground floor conference centre, including The Conference Theatre.

Note 4: The Galleries consist of a number of rooms with various ceiling heights.

Note 5; The Studio consists of three rooms, seperated by sound-proof floor-to-celiing partition walls, and can be opened/flat-floored into one large area.

Studio 1 has tiered theatre style seating for up to 150, with a stage area at the front.
