Dial M for Murder
Mon 6 September - Sat 11 September
This event has passed.
This classic thriller was one of the big hits of the fifties, best known now from the evergreen Alfred Hitchcock film.
Tony (
Brookside’s Steven Pinder), a retired tennis star, married Sheila (Joy Brook of
The Bill and
Peak Practice) for her money.
When it seems Sheila is in love with Max (Richard Grieve of
Home and Away and
Neighbours), Tony plots her murder. A killer is hired (Richard Walsh of
London’s Burning) but who exactly is murdering whom? Who is guilty and is there any such thing as The Perfect Murder?
With a cast of telly ‘faces’, this is another hugely entertaining production from the company that brought us last year’s Manchester Evening News award-winning,
Brief Encounter.
