Exile was voted Jazz Album Of The Year in the BBC Jazz Awards 2003. Atzmon has also recently recorded and performed with Ian Drury, Robbie Williams, Sinead O’Conner and Paul McCartney.
But
Exile is where he and his band are currently at, moving further towards a music-cultural hybrid, emphasising the similarities between the Jewish and Arabic peoples.
