Originally a BAFTA-winning film starring Alec Guinness and John Mills, this exciting world premiere stage adaptation will feature an all-star cast and film scenarios of the London Scottish Regiment’s Pipes and Drums Band.

Set in a regimental barracks in the 1950s. Acting Colonel, Major Jock Sinclair is a charismatic drunk who has worked his way through the ranks to command his beloved regiment.

However, his command is short lived, as he is replaced by Colonel Basil Barrow, a work-by-the-book ex-public schoolboy Sandhurst officer devoted to restoring the faded glory of this undisciplined regiment. The two men clash instantly with devastating consequences.
