Carmen

Carmen, the ultimate femme fatale, is at the centre of Bizet’s fiery and passionate opera, a heady mix of sex and death in which every tune is a hit. Carmen outraged its first night audience in Paris back in 1875, yet has gone on to become one of the world’s most popular operas.

Celebrated Director, Daniel Kramer sets this production in a contemporary world where passionate rhythms mix with the sizzling heat to bring to life a sexy, gripping production which pulls no punches.

A new production.

Sung in French with English titles.

Suitable for ages 12+ (brief nudity)
