May – August 2008

The Lowry is jam-packed with rib-tickling comedy in the coming months. The stars of stand-up include Jenny Éclair, Claire Summerskill, Deborah Frances-White and Gina Yashere. Also stepping up to the mike is TV funny man Paul Merton, award-winning comedian John Bishop, Never Mind the Buzzcocks host Simon Amstell and Arthur Smith. The women of the North West get the chance to try their hand at performing live at The Nivea Funny Awards 2008.
