In an unforgettable lesson in madness and mayhem, mess wise-cracking Basil will be joined at the top of the class by Carl Johns, Bonnie and Double Trouble. Bob Wooding, the country’s foremost balloon modeller, plays Basil’s arch enemy…… The School Inspector!!
Celebrity fox and star of the CBBC comedy sitcom The Basil Brush Show™ and Basil’s Swap Shop™, Basil is a popular CBBC presenter and guest, as well as a fabulously funny live performer entertaining children and adults alike with his unique style and trademark “BOOM BOOM!!” catchphrase.
2008 sees Basil celebrate his 40th year of entertainment during which he has toured the world in his own stage productions and performed to thousands of adoring fans. The hugely popular The Basil Brush Show is now on air in over 60 places around the world.
Whilst he has no formal acting training, comedy was always high on his list and his famous catchphrase “BOOM BOOM” has long been a Brush family tradition, dating back to his great, great, great, great, great grandfather’s cry of “Ye Boom, Ye Boom!”
