Press night Mon 8 March, 8pm
The latest must-see show from Ballet Boyz, Michael Nunn and William Trevitt, arrives in Salford for one night only next month.
The Talent features outstanding new dancers, new commissions and the Balletboyz, trademark films which take you behind the scenes. The show includes an exciting reworking of Russell Maliphant’s explosive Torsion and new work from Freddie Opoku-Addaie (Royal Opera House2 Associate Artist and Place Prize finalist) and Paul Roberts (choreographer for Girls Aloud, Robbie Williams, Diana Ross, Pixie Lott, and America’s Got Talent).
Nunn and Trevitt, previously lead dancers with The Royal Ballet, became known as The Ballet Boyz following a Channel 4 documentary of the same name, which charted their departure from The Royal Ballet in 1999.
Balletboyz has toured extensively in the UK and abroad to great critical acclaim, and is currently an Associate Company at Sadler’s Wells. The Balletboyz ethos is innovation, excellence, entertainment and legacy – the guiding principals of the company since its inception.
