Following his sensational sell-out shows in the West End and a four-city UK tour Malcolm Gladwell, writer for the New Yorker and best-selling author, arrives at The Lowry for one night only. This compelling evening of storytelling marks the paperback publication of his book What the Dog Saw on Thu 6 May. Gladwell will be signing copies of the book after the show.

In 2005 Gladwell was named one of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People. He is the author of four books, The Tipping Point: How Little Things Make a Big Difference (2000) Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking (2005); Outliers: The Story of Success (2007) and What the Dog Saw (2009) all of which were number one New York Times bestsellers.

Gladwell has been a staff writer with the New Yorker magazine since 1996. He was described by The Observer as “The most influential thinker of the iPod generation” This is a rare opportunity to see Gladwell’s brilliantly entertaining amalgam of storytelling and intuitive thinking which has captivated UK audiences.
