We have 3 wheelchairs available for loan with a small returnable deposit. These can be booked through Box Office on 0843 208 6000. We advise wheelchair users to inform the Box Office when booking tickets for a theatre event in order to ensure all seating requirements are met.

Personal Assistants

We offer complimentary theatre tickets to essential personal assistants but, unfortunately, we can't offer free tickets online, so please contact box office for details.

A Personal Assistant offers the person they are attending with additional support during their visit. This could be navigating the building, assisting them to the toilet and are responsible for getting them safely out of the building in case of emergency.

Early Entrance to the Theatres

Theatre doors are usually open 20 mins prior to a performance to allow patrons to enter the auditoriums at their leisure.

Front of House will announce when the doors are open.

The Lowry building has accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities.
