Theatre Bars

We have a number of theatre bars that are open pre-show, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere as the anticipation builds. For most shows you can also pre-order drinks in advance of the show to avoid the queues during the interval.

The Circle Bar

Lyric Circle Bar

On the first floor this bar has great views over the Plaza and is the place to get your pre-theatre and interval drinks if you're sitting in the Circle, Upper Circle or in the private boxes.

Quays Theatre Bar

The Quays Theatre Bar is open for pre-theatre drinks up to an hour prior to curtain up for Quays Theatre performances which makes it the perfect place to watch the sun set. Also open for interval drinks including a full range of draught and bottled beers, wines, spirits, tea and coffee.

The Terrace Bar

The Terrace Bar is open post show, giving you the perfect environment to wind down and discuss your evening.

Why we need your support

The Lowry is a registered charity and only receives 15% of its income through public funding. For every £1 of public funding that we receive, we must raise a further £7 in order to support our valuable work in our theatres, galleries and within the local community.
