Leave A Gift In Your Will

By leaving a gift in your will you can ensure future generations will enjoy The Lowry as much as you have. You can make a bequest to The Lowry Trust with a simple addition or codicil to an existing will. If you are a UK resident, your legacy to The Lowry Trust will be entirely free of tax and may reduce your inheritance tax bill.

How you can leave a gift

If you are considering leaving a legacy, either a specific gift, a specific art work or the residue from your estate please contact the Development Team on 0161 876 2123 or email developmentteam@thelowry.com

You can choose to leave a donation to The Lowry Trust in one of the following ways:

• Residuary gift - the remainder of your estate, or a percentage of the amount left after gifts, taxes, etc. have been settled
• Pecuniary gift - this is an amount of money decided when the will is written
• Specific Gift – stocks and shares, property, instruments or perhaps jewellery
• Gift of Art work

We commemorate all Legators (unless requested otherwise) with a seat plaque in the Lyric Theatre.
