We are going to tell you a story;
One that is not often told;
The story of a woman who exacts her revenge on the men that destroyed her
and the Gods that cursed her.
We are going to tell you the story of Medusa, the truth.

Following the success of Nosferatu (2015), innovative storytellers and theatre-makers Proper Job Theatre Company collaborate with award-winning writer Helen Mort to re-tell this classic myth from the point of view of Medusa, as the second part of the Monster Trilogy.

Enter the dark, dystopian world of Medusa. Set in a world where VR and ancient myth collide, award-winning storytellers, Proper Job Theatre Company shows us the monster we think we know. This hard-hitting contemporary adaptation reveals both the light and shade of this famous Greek story, and shows how it is still relevant today. At times shocking and unsettling, this is a powerful story of a woman’s mistreatment at the hands of the men she swears vengeance upon.
