School Visits To The Lowry

Inspire learning outside of the classroom with our changing exhibitions and LS Lowry Collection.

We’re pleased to offer you a resource pack in advance of your visit, to help you prepare and focus your group if you need a little extra inspiration.

Self-guided visits are completely free but they must be booked in advance. Give us a call on 0843 208 6003 and don’t forget to let us know if you would like a resource pack.

These packs for teachers include:

  • full colour images

  • information and suggested activities on the themes of LS Lowry

  • the local landscape

  • temporary exhibitions information

  • the architecture of the building

Our packs are designed for use by teachers to support visits to The Lowry, or as a standalone resource to support classwork.

Visit the Schools section on the website or call our Learning & Engagement Team on 0161 876 2086.
