Lowry Late: An Evening with David Shrigley

As part of Funny People, Lowry welcomes renowned artist David Shrigley for a special Artist's Talk.

One of the most recognisable artists working today, Shrigley has built an international reputation through work that combines humour and sharp observations on everyday life.

Using his contribution to Funny People as a jumping-off point, Shrigley presents an in-depth look into the themes and methods that have shaped his practice across drawing, sculpture, installation and publishing. Expect insights and anecdotes behind the ideas that drive his work.

The conversation will be followed by an audience Q&A and a chance to purchase his new book, 'Creative Writing'.
